Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA programs under supervision. You will work in diverse settings including CARD centers, patients’ homes, schools, and telehealth, delivering 1:1 or small group therapy to help individuals with autism achieve skill acquisition and behavior reduction.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and are expected to complete CARD training with a written exam and field evaluation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program with exam and field evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 or small group ABA treatment under the Clinical Supervisor.
• Maintain high-quality data collection and progress notes.
• Implement treatment plans across center, home, school, or telehealth settings.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and professional conduct at all times.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
