Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA services under a Clinical Supervisor across centers, homes, schools, or telehealth. You will implement treatment plans, collect progress data, and ensure high-quality care for CARD patients and families.

The role requires a High School Diploma, completion of CARD’s Behavior Technician Training, and a willingness to work in multiple settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program, including a comprehensive written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review supervisor feedback and apply it during sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
