Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking a Behavior Technician to implement ABA treatment programs under a Clinical Supervisor across CARD centers, homes, schools, and telehealth settings.

The role emphasizes data collection, adherence to clinical standards, and compassionate communication with patients and families, with growth opportunities through CARD training pathways.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program, including a comprehensive written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings under a Clinical Supervisor.
• Meet CARD’s clinical quality standards in all treatment sessions.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Implement Clinical Supervisor feedback during sessions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate records.
• Seek training opportunities to ensure clinical excellence.
