Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under supervision. Work may occur at CARD centers, in patients’ homes, schools, or via telehealth, with a focus on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.

You will collect progress data, follow Clinical Supervisor guidance, and collaborate with a team to ensure effective treatment while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA treatment 1:1 or in groups.
• Record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Implement treatment plans under supervision and incorporate feedback.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
• Adapt to multiple settings including center, home, school or telehealth.
