Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA-based treatment plans under supervision. Roles may involve working in CARD centers, patients’ homes, schools, communities, or via telehealth, with a focus on skill development and reducing challenging behaviors.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and must pass CARD Training; ASD experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program including exam and field evaluation.
• Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients under supervision in 1:1 or group settings.
• Record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Follow Clinical Supervisor feedback during treatment sessions.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Work across CARD centers, patients' homes, schools or telehealth as needed.
