Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA treatment under supervision across CARD centers, homes, schools, or telehealth. Roles involve direct patient interaction and data collection to support skill development and behavior reduction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training and exam.
• Experience with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA treatment 1:1 or group under supervision.
• Collect and record patient progress with accuracy.
• Follow Clinical Supervisor feedback during sessions.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and professional conduct.
