Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA treatment plans under supervision across center, home, school, or telehealth settings. A high school diploma is required, and training with field evaluation is provided. ASD experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must pass initial CARD Training program with exam and field evaluation.
• Experience with individuals with ASD is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients under the Clinical Supervisor in 1:1 or group settings.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Work across CARD center, patient homes, schools, or telehealth as needed.
