Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA treatment programs under a Clinical Supervisor. Work may take place at CARD centers, in patients' homes, schools, or via telehealth across varied settings.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma, be willing to complete CARD training, and have an interest in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training with exam and field evaluation.
• Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients under Clinical Supervisor in 1:1 or small-group settings.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate records; follow CARD policies.
