Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) seeks motivated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA programs under supervision. You may work in CARD centers, clients’ homes, schools, or community settings, with schedules that include part-time hours and potential telehealth components.

The role requires a High School Diploma, completion of CARD training, and strong communication skills in English. Candidates should be able to travel between multiple settings and maintain client confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program including written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor in a 1:1 or group environment.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with accuracy and fidelity.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and CARD policies during all interactions.
• Work across CARD center, patient homes, schools, and community settings as needed.
