Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is hiring Behavior Technicians to implement ABA programs under supervision. You will work across CARD centers, clients’ homes, schools, or telehealth, delivering 1:1 or small group treatment and collecting progress data.

Requirements include a high school diploma and CARD training; ASD experience is preferred. Part-time roles with flexible locations are available, with benefits and growth opportunities from BT to BCBA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program, including a written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings under supervision.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Adhere to CARD policies, HIPAA, and clinical quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with families and colleagues.
• Work in diverse settings including center, home, school, community, or telehealth.
