Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA treatment under supervision across centers, homes, schools, and telehealth. You will implement treatment plans focused on skill acquisition and reduction of challenging behaviors, under clinical supervision.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma and a willingness to complete CARD’s training program, with opportunities for advancement to BT levels, BCBA pathways, and leadership roles

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings
• Meet CARD clinical quality standards in treatment delivery
• Collect and record patient progress data with accuracy
• Incorporate Clinical Supervisor feedback into sessions
• Communicate with patients, families, and colleagues compassionately
• Maintain safe, compliant, and professional environments
• Pursue growth opportunities to maintain clinical excellence
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Comply with HIPAA requirements
• Represent CARD professionally to stakeholders
• Adhere to CARD policies and procedures
• Assume other duties as assigned
