Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians to implement ABA programs under supervision across CARD centers, homes, schools, and telehealth. This role emphasizes data collection, direct treatment, and compassionate care for individuals with ASD in various settings.

Earn hourly pay with opportunities for raises after training, milestone increases, weekend and holiday pay, and education boosts such as BCAT certification paid by CARD.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training with exam and field evaluation.
• Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA treatment to patients under supervision in 1:1 or small groups.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review and apply feedback from Clinical Supervisor during sessions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records while adhering to HIPAA.
