Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC seeks motivated Behavior Technicians to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs under supervision. Roles may occur at the CARD center, patient home, school, or via telehealth, with 1:1 or group sessions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Training program, including exam and field evaluation.
• Experience with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings.
• Deliver treatment that meets CARD's clinical quality standards.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Apply Clinical Supervisor feedback during sessions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
• Support ongoing personal and professional development.
