Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) is hiring Behavior Technicians to implement ABA treatment plans under supervision across settings including CARD centers, homes, schools, or telehealth. You will collect data, support skill acquisition, and help reduce challenging behaviors while upholding HIPAA and CARD policies.

We offer a flexible part-time schedule across multiple sites with growth opportunities from BT Levels 1–5, BCBA pathways, training, and competitive hourly pay

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program, including a comprehensive written exam and field evaluation.
Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide direct treatment to patients 1:1 or in group environments.
Provide treatment that meets CARD’s clinical quality standards.
Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
Review and implement Clinical Supervisor feedback during each session.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
Maintain HIPAA compliance and CARD policies.
