Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join a growing team in a center-based setting. You will work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized behavioral plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Exposure to behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementation of plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with physical activities and stay engaged with children (2–15 years).
