Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 ABA services in a center-based setting. This role supports BCBA-designed plans and requires engaging with children aged 2–15 in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Schedule rotates Monday to Friday, with hours from 3pm–7pm or 9am–3pm. Competitive compensation and paid training are offered to help you excel in delivering life-changing treatment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with physically active sessions and adapt to children aged 2–15 years.
