Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 treatment in a center-based setting for children on the autism spectrum. You will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement plans and collect data on progress.

The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and strong communication with families, with paid training and growth opportunities within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• HIPAA confidentiality awareness required.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plans.
• Support families in implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with client safety and engagement during sessions.
