Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join a center-based team providing 1-1 treatment under BCBA supervision for children on the autism spectrum, ages 2–15. You will help implement individualized plans and collect progress data.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Prior experience working with children preferred.
Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs preferred.
Exposure to ASD or other developmental disabilities is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided.
Reliable transportation to commute to assigned locations.
Confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information per HIPAA.

Responsibilities

Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of the treatment plan.
Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
Physically assist clients during sessions, including activities like standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, kneeling, and keeping pace with children aged 2–15.
