Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our growing team in a center-based setting, delivering 1-1 treatment in partnership with BCBAs to children aged birth to 21. You will implement behavioral plans and collect progress data.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification required.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with mobility and supervision of children during sessions.
• Perform any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
