Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our growing team in a center-based setting. You will work 1-1 with children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans and help families learn strategies for success.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification is preferred.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD is preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA/BCBA-LBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Assist families in implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
