Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our center-based team, providing 1-1 treatment under BCBA supervision for children from birth to 21. This role emphasizes hands-on data collection, compassionate engagement, and collaboration with families to implement individualized plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or ASD preferred.
• Reliable transportation and HIPAA confidentiality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and applicable parties.
• Physically keep up with clients during sessions (ages 2–15).
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
