Proud Moments ABA is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to join our center-based team working 1-1 with children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of BCBAs. You will implement behavioral plans, collect progress data, and support families with treatment strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and policies.
• Strong verbal and written communication; follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors' needs.
• Maintain clear communication with families and teams.
• Assist with physically engaging activities to support 2–15 year olds.
• Perform any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
