Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 ABA treatment in a center-based setting for children from birth to 21 years old. You will work closely with BCBAs to implement treatment plans and collect progress data.

The role offers paid training, guaranteed hours (part-time or full-time), competitive pay, and a supportive team environment. You will positively impact families and support career growth in a dynamic pediatric ABA program.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification required.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Strong ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Physically engage with children and assist in session activities.
