Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children on the autism spectrum. We are seeking Behavior Technicians to join the center-based treatment team and work 1-1 with clients under BCBA supervision.

Ideal candidates enjoy working with children, can adapt to a fast-paced environment, and communicate clearly with families. Training is provided, and roles may offer guaranteed hours for part- or full-time positions in a supportive, team-oriented

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges is preferred.
• HIPAA confidentiality must be maintained.
• Reliable personal transportation is expected.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support families in implementing individualized plans.
• Be responsive to client, family and supervisor needs.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with physical activities and stay engaged with children ages 2–15.
