Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children from birth to 21. We are hiring Behavior Technicians to join our treatment team, delivering 1-1 specialized care in a center-based setting alongside Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges, ASD, or special needs preferred; training provided.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and company policy.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of the treatment plan and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and applicable parties.
• Physically assist with sessions, including movement and activities with children up to 25+ pounds.
• Other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
