Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation seeks a Program Manager I to oversee multiple projects within the IAS business area, ensuring customer satisfaction, cost control, scheduling, and technical execution. You will manage programs up to $20M, supervise staff, and serve as primary customer contact.

Responsibilities include risk management, resource planning, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget deliveries while supporting the Program Director and Business Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in project or program management in Aerospace & Defense.
• 1+ years leading teams of 3+ cross-functional members.
• Experience with evaluating RFPs/quotes and proposals.
• Secret clearance or ability to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects focusing on customer relationships, cost, schedule, and technical planning.
• Track and report project status and program performance.
• Supervise program staff and be the primary customer contact.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet cost, schedule, and performance constraints.
• Formulate and lead teams to fulfill program requirements.
