Job summary

TTI, Inc. in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the selling of company products and services within the territory.

The role focuses on creating sales opportunities, defending existing accounts, and penetrating new business through strong relationships with segment customers and branch teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of electronics experience, plus the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of electronics experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in defense or aerospace market is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the sale of company products and services by developing sales strategies and calling on segment customers in assigned territory.
• Act as a resource and technical sales support for Field Sales, General Managers and Segment customers.
• Facilitate training programs in the territory to educate personnel on targeted customers and products.
• Establish and maintain effective business rapport with branch sales managers and management staff.
• Pursue new business leads using reps, trade shows, networking, manufacturers, internet, and internal resources.
• Manage the full sales cycle for key segment customers, including quotes and order follow-up.
