Job summary

TTI, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic sales within the designated territory. You will develop sales strategies, collaborate with branches, and win orders while supporting field sales and segment customers.

The role requires travel up to 50% (including international) and strong skills in analysis, communication, and presentation. A Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or industrial distribution is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, articles and presentations.
• Ability to travel up to 50% including international travel.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license, safe driving record and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the sale of company products and services by developing sales strategies and calling on segment customers in assigned territory.
• Act as a resource and technical sales support for Field Sales and segment customers.
• Facilitate training programs in the territory to educate personnel about products for the Segment market.
• Maintain relationships with branch sales managers and management staff to understand business opportunities.
• Pursue new business leads using reps, trade shows, networking, and internal resources.
