Job summary

TTI, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead selling of company products and services to segment customers within the assigned territory.

The role emphasizes creating sales opportunities, defending sales, and penetrating new markets while collaborating with branches to develop strategies and win orders. The candidate will act as a technical sales resource for Field Sales, General Managers and customers, and will facilitate training programs in the territory to enhance product

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Industrial Distribution with 5+ years in electronics preferred.
• Experience in defense or aerospace market is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead selling of company products and services to segment customers in assigned territory.
• Assist in developing sales strategies and generate customer leads.
• Represent as technical sales resource for Field Sales, General Managers and segment customers.
• Coordinate training programs in territory to educate personnel on products and customers.
