Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming emergency calls and assign nonemergency lines as needed.
• Confirm incident location and caller callback information quickly and accurately.
• Use approved questions to identify urgency and nature of the situation.
• Enter details into call-processing or dispatch software with precision.
• Forward incident information to the appropriate dispatch function promptly.
• Provide calm guidance and pre-arrival instructions within training parameters.
• Follow accessibility resources and language-access protocols when required.
• Maintain caller privacy and handle confidential information securely.
