Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receives and properly processes 911- and 10-digit emergency calls within quality assurance guidelines.
• Uses language line resources to communicate with callers unable to communicate in English.
• Provides information to callers per department policy and management direction.
• Obtains certification to provide EMD assistance to callers as needed.
• Enters/extracts information in the CAD system for dispatching and incident coordination.
