Component Repair Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Shot Peen Technician for the 3rd shift (Mon-Fri) to support turbine engine component processing. You will set up CNC shot peen equipment, follow detailed work instructions, and ensure precise surface treatments with careful documentation.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow work instructions accurately.
• Experience using basic measuring devices such as micrometers, dial indicators or calipers.
• Familiarity with shop math.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare CNC shot peen equipment by reading work instructions and programs.
• Follow written and verbal instructions precisely before starting work.
• Control coverage areas to be shot peened and verify uniformity of surface treatments.
• Log all process steps and results in the department logbook.
• Perform routine inspection and minor maintenance on shot peen equipment.
• Use overhead crane and lifting equipment as required.
• Secure supplies and tooling prior to operations.
