Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow work instructions.

Responsabilités

• Follow safety protocols and company safety policies.
• Set up and prepare CNC shot peen equipment from instructions.
• Follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Control coverage areas to be shot peened.
• Monitor CNC program for proper execution.
• Evaluate surface areas after operation for complete coverage.
• Secure supplies and organize the work area.
• Perform routine inspection and minor maintenance on equipment.
• Clean, adjust and maintain equipment with hand tools.
• Utilize overhead crane and lifting equipment.
• Log all process results in the department log.
