Component Repair Technologies seeks a Shot Peen Technician to support turbine engine component repair with CNC shot peen processes. You will work in a climate-controlled, modern facility with extensive in-house and hands-on training, growing responsibilities as skills advance.

Two years in manufacturing, mechanical aptitude, and experience with measurement tools are required. The role offers on-site work with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career development.

Qualificações

• Two years minimum experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read, interpret and follow work instructions accurately.
• Experience using measuring devices like micrometers and calipers.
• Basic shop math and numerical accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and prepare CNC shot peen equipment per work instructions.
• Follow safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Monitor CNC programs for proper execution and coverage.
• Evaluate surface coverage after processing for quality and uniformity.
• Log process results in department records and logs.
• Secure supplies, tooling, and parts before starting operations.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Operate overhead crane and other lifting devices when needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and document outcomes.
