Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician to install, configure and troubleshoot PLCs, sensors, drives and HMIs in a manufacturing setting. 3rd shift availability is required, with overtime after 40 hours and double time after 48 hours.

You will perform preventive maintenance on laser guided vehicles, conveyors, and packaging equipment, read electrical schematics, and follow strict lockout/tagout safety rules. Relocation assistance is provided where needed.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and servo systems.
Experience troubleshooting packaging equipment in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Proficient with electrical schematics and reading wiring diagrams.
Strong understanding of safety procedures (lockout/tagout, confined spaces, PPE).

Responsibilities

Perform installation, configuration and troubleshooting of photo eyes, proximity switches, limit switches, PLC I/O modules, and related control wiring.
Provide troubleshooting for analog and digital controls in 480V, 3-phase systems, motors, VFDs and servo drives.
Diagnose and perform preventive maintenance on Laser Guided Vehicles, conveyors and production equipment.
Modify PLC logic and HMI configurations; troubleshoot network protocols including Profibus and Industrial Ethernet.
