Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician to install, configure, and troubleshoot PLCs, servo drives, HMI interfaces, and related control wiring in a manufacturing setting.

You will work with 480V, 3-phase power and motor drives, performing ladder logic modifications and preventive maintenance on conveyors and packaging equipment. Role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and demonstrated PLC experience; relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
• Experience with servo systems and drives.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and troubleshoot PLCs, sensors and control wiring.
• Modify ladder logic and PLC programming to support operations.
• Troubleshoot and maintain HMI interfaces and SCADA systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, lasers and packaging equipment.
• Work with 480V, 3-phase power distribution and motor drives.
• Ensure safety procedures (Lockout/Tagout) are followed.
