Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to install, configure and troubleshoot automation systems in a manufacturing environment. You will work with PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, and 480V three-phase power to keep production running smoothly.

The role requires ladder logic programming and preventive maintenance, with emphasis on safety and adherence to lockout/tagout procedures. Overtime and shift options are available to cover 2nd or 3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with PLCs and servo systems required.
• PLC programming and ladder logic experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot analog and digital controls.
• Familiar with safety procedures (lockout/tagout, PPE, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot photo eyes, proximity switches, limit switches, PLC I/O and related wiring.
• Troubleshoot analog and digital controls for 480V, 3-phase power, motors, VFDs and servo drives.
• Maintain position feedback devices such as encoders and load cells.
• Program and troubleshoot PLC and HMI interfaces; modify ladder logic as needed.
• Diagnose and repair packaging equipment and conveyors; perform preventive maintenance.
• Work on Laser Guided Vehicles and other production equipment; follow safety procedures.
