Maker's Pride in the United States is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee mixing, baking, forming and packaging on scheduled shifts. You will supervise a large production team, ensure GMP compliance, and optimize use of labor and materials.

The role requires coordinating schedules, training staff, and resolving payroll or scheduling issues while maintaining 5S and safety standards. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Two-year college degree in business preferred.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
• Proficient in Kronos timekeeping system and SAP.
• Excellent communication, conflict management, decision-making, motivational and organizational skills.
• Strong self-confidence and leadership skills.
• Basic mechanical skills.
• Knowledge of procurement, products, and production processes.
• Experience with SAP.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• English proficiency for instruction and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise assigned team of employees on each shift and direct the overall direction and evaluation.
• Interview, hire and train new employees; plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and safety regulations; maintain 5S environment.
• Direct conversion of raw materials to finished products with minimal waste and cost.
• Monitor inventory rotation of materials and packaging.
• Schedule and approve production hours; resolve scheduling/payroll issues.
• Review production orders and schedules to plan operations and delivery dates.
• Plan production operations, priorities and sequences.
• Review reports and resolve operational, manufacturing and maintenance problems.
• Train, develop and evaluate employees for future needs.
• Attend meetings, present information as needed.
• Maintain GMPs and comply with all company rules and regulations.
• Handle disciplinary actions and employee relations as needed.
