Rayzan InfoTech LLC is seeking an experienced 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee overnight bakery production near Pittsburgh, PA. The role ensures bread and baked goods are produced, baked, packaged, and prepared for distribution according to quality standards and schedules.

Lead the night shift, coordinate daily production activities, monitor ovens and equipment, manage ingredient inventory, and enforce sanitation and safety procedures to maintain a clean, safe and efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in bakery or food production and supervisory roles.
• Experience with overnight shift or fast-paced production.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift as needed.

• Preferred experience in commercial baking or manufacturing.

3rd Shift Production Supervisor - Bakery Operations

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and dependable 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee overnight bakery production operations at our facility near Pittsburgh, PA. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for ensuring that bread and other baked goods are produced, baked, packaged, and prepared for distribution according to established quality standards, food safety requirements, and production schedules.

The ideal candidate will provide hands-on leadership to the night shift team, coordinate daily production activities, monitor equipment performance, manage ingredient inventory, and ensure compliance with sanitation and safety procedures. This role requires a proactive leader who can resolve operational challenges, maintain production efficiency, minimize waste, and communicate effectively with management regarding shift performance and any issues that arise.

• Experience overseeing or participating in mixing, baking, packaging, or other production processes.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience, preferably on an overnight shift or in a fast-paced production environment.
• Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, quality control, and workplace safety practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate staff and meet production deadlines.
• Effective leadership and communication skills, including the ability to train employees, provide feedback, and manage shift handoffs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to equipment malfunctions, production interruptions, and staffing issues.
• Ability to work the 3rd shift reliably and perform the physical demands of a production environment, including extended periods of standing and lifting materials as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in commercial baking, food service, or manufacturing is strongly preferred.
