Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Production Supervisor for our bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. This full-time, on-site role leads a team of 15–25 employees across first, second, and third shifts, driving safe, high-quality production to meet goals.

You will coach and develop staff, uphold GMPs and safety standards, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues while ensuring smooth shift handoffs.

Qualifications

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
