Job summary

Maker's Pride is seeking a production supervisor to oversee baking, mixing, forming, and packaging on scheduled shifts. You will guide a team, ensure GMP compliance, manage schedules and payroll, and drive efficient operations with a focus on quality and waste reduction.

Applicants should have 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, proficiency with MS Office and SAP, and familiarity with Kronos; bakery or food/beverage experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two-year business degree preferred with supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP; Kronos timekeeping is a plus.
• Experience leading bakery/food/beverage production is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production team and oversee scheduling, training and performance.
• Ensure GMP, 5S and safety policies are followed and audits pass.
• Translate production plans into efficient operations with minimal waste.
• Review orders, plan priorities and manage labor costs.
• Resolve employee issues and coordinate with HR as needed.
• Maintain records and report production metrics to leadership.
