The role requires strong leadership, communication, and basic math for daily records. You will train and supervise 12-40 employees, ensure safety and quality, and maintain accurate documentation.

On-site multi-shift operations demand flexibility and a proactive approach. English proficiency and the ability to read production documents are essential; bilingual

• Demonstrated leadership abilities with supervision of a production team.
• Strong written and oral communication to coordinate with supervisors and line workers.
• Experience training and directing 12-40 employees on a shift.
• Ability to read and interpret production documents and safety rules.
• Basic math skills and data entry for production records.

• Oversee pre-op and tear down, coordinate lines setup.
• Review production issues and schedules with other departments.
• Train and direct 12-40 employees; assign work stations.
• Ensure safety, quality, and proper documentation and record keeping.
• Cross-train across lead areas and maintain on-floor presence.
