Job summary

Maker's Pride, LLC is hiring for a Team Lead/Production Lead to oversee a shift, coordinate line setup, and monitor production schedules. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and basic math for daily records. You will train and supervise 12-40 employees, ensure safety and quality, and maintain accurate documentation.

On-site multi-shift operations demand flexibility and a proactive approach. English proficiency and the ability to read production documents are essential; bilingual

Qualifications
