Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking Production Supervisors for a bakery operation. This hands-on leadership role covers first, second, and third shifts, leading a team of 15–25 production employees to deliver safe, high-quality products.

You will coach and develop staff, maintain food safety and GMPs, monitor performance, and collaborate with maintenance and quality to resolve issues and meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Industry experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen foods preferred.
• Proven ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
