Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC is seeking a production supervisor to oversee a manufacturing team, ensuring safe, efficient operations across baking, forming and packaging lines. You will align schedules, monitor performance and enforce GMP/5S standards while optimizing labor costs.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory manufacturing experience, strong MS Office and SAP knowledge, and effective leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree in business preferred.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Proficient in Kronos timekeeping system and SAP.
• Excellent communication, conflict management, decision-making, motivational and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned team and evaluate performance.
• Ensure GMP, 5S, safety compliance and SAP-based processes.
• Plan production operations and schedule production orders.
• Monitor inventory rotation and minimize waste and labor costs.
• Investigate scheduling and payroll-related issues and resolve disputes.
• Train, develop and evaluate all employees to meet future needs.
