Job summary

Maker’s Pride in Illinois seeks a production supervisor to oversee all production and packaging activities on the scheduled shifts and lines. You will manage a large team, enforce GMP and safety policies, and optimize labor and materials usage.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and experience with SAP/Kronos. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure timely, quality output in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably Food/Packaging.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and SAP; Kronos experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise large team (100+ direct reports) and direct/coordinate work.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SAP, OSHA/MiOSHA, 5S and company policies.
• Plan production operations, set priorities and schedules to meet delivery dates.
• Review production orders and data to optimize materials, waste, and labor costs.
• Address employee issues, train and develop staff, and handle disciplinary actions.
