LRSolutions, LLC is seeking a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician for our Cedarburg, WI area facility. This role focuses on Fanuc/ABB robotics and CNC troubleshooting, electrical control work, and maintenance of hydraulics and furnaces to ensure high equipment uptime.

You will lead rapid line recoveries, perform preventative maintenance, and support tool room operations in a 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM) environment within a large, ISO-certified manufacturing setting with

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in an active manufacturing environment.
• Automation and CNC background with robotics troubleshooting (Fanuc/ABB preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and manuals.
• Demonstrated stability with at least 2+ years at prior employers and US work authorization.
• Residence within 1 hour commute to Cedarburg, WI.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Robotic & CNC Recovery: troubleshoot Fanuc/ABB robotic systems, diagnose CNC controls, perform tool replacements, and recover lines quickly.
• Troubleshoot Electrical Control Circuits: isolate and repair plant electrical systems, control circuits, transformers, and PLC hardware.
• Maintain Fluid Power & Pneumatic Systems: diagnose and repair hydraulic/pneumatic components, valves, pumps, and cooling lines.
• Service Furnaces & Heavy Machinery: perform maintenance on gas/electric furnaces, gear reducers, and forklifts.
• Support Tool Room & Die Operations: move dies, organize mold storage, assist with die assembly and repairs under supervision.
• Execute Preventative Maintenance: complete PMs, perform lubrication checks, maintain 5S workspace, log repairs.
