Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Troubleshoot CNC controls and robotics (Fanuc, ABB).
• Strong understanding of electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics/pneumatics, or PLCs.
• Ability to read complex mechanical and electrical schematics/manuals.
• Demonstrated career longevity with 2+ years at each employer.
• US citizen or green card holder with <=1 hour commute to Cedarburg, WI.

Responsibilities

• Lead robotic and CNC recovery and troubleshooting.
• Repair electrical control circuits and PLC hardware across production cells.
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, valves, pumps, and cooling lines.
• Service furnaces and heavy machinery (gas/electric).
• Assist with die operations, mold storage, dies moves and tooling changes.
• Complete preventive maintenance and keep a clean 5S workspace.
