Job summary

Your Talent Team is hiring a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician in Cedarburg, WI to lead robotic and CNC recovery, electrical repairs, and heavy machinery maintenance. The role emphasizes direct troubleshooting on Fanuc and ABB systems, with a focus on uptime, safety, and craftsmanship.

The successful candidate will bring 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing, solid knowledge of electrical, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Experience troubleshooting Fanuc and ABB robotics/controls.
• Strong understanding of electrical/electronic (single and 3-phase) systems, hydraulics or pneumatics, and PLCs.
• Ability to read complex mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Demonstrated job stability with 2+ years per employer and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead robotic and CNC recovery and troubleshooting for production lines.
• Repair and maintain electrical control circuits and PLC hardware across cells.
• Maintain hydraulic/pneumatic systems, valves, pumps, and water cooling lines.
• Service furnaces and heavy machinery including gear reducers and forklifts.
• Support die operations and tool room activities including dies movement and basic repairs.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and uphold 5S cleanliness on the plant floor.
