Accounting Search is seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician in Cedarburg, WI. You will troubleshoot Fanuc and ABB robotic systems, maintain CNC controls, and service hydraulic/pneumatic circuits across production cells.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on manufacturing maintenance, stable tenure with prior employers, and US work authorization. 2nd shift hours are 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, with competitive incentives including a 7% 401(k) match and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial production.
• Experience troubleshooting CNC controls and industrial robotics (Fanuc, ABB).
• Strong understanding of electrical/electronic systems (single/3-phase/low voltage).
• Ability to read mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Demonstrated career longevity with at least 2 years at previous employers.

Responsabilités

• Lead Robotic & CNC recovery and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot electrical control circuits across production cells.
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems; repair valves, pumps, and lines.
• Service furnaces and heavy machinery (gas/electric furnaces, gear reducers, forklifts).
• Support tool room and die operations; assist with die changes and repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and 5S housekeeping and document repairs.
