MDS Staffing seeks a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician to support Fanuc robotics and CNCs in a Cedarburg, WI facility. This direct-hire role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting of robotic and CNC systems, electrical control circuits, hydraulics, and furnace maintenance.

You will contribute to uptime with preventive maintenance, tool room support, and die operations in a high‑reliability environment, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Competenze

• 3–5 years hands-on maintenance in manufacturing/industrial environment
• Experience troubleshooting CNC controls and robotics (Fanuc, ABB)
• Strong understanding of electrical/electronic systems (single/3-phase/low voltage)
• Ability to read complex mechanical and electrical schematics and manuals
• Proven career stability with 2+ years at each prior employer
• Authorized to work in the United States with 1-hour commute to Cedarburg, WI

Mansioni

• Lead Robotic & CNC recovery: troubleshoot Fanuc/ABB, diagnose Fanuc CNCs, replace worn tools, and recover lines quickly
• Troubleshoot electrical control circuits and maintain plant electrical systems and PLC hardware
• Maintain hydraulic/pneumatic systems, diagnose, repair, and rebuild components
• Service furnaces and heavy machinery: gas-fired/electrical furnaces, gear reducers, forklifts
• Support tool room and die operations: move dies with forklifts, organize mold storage, assist with die changes
• Execute preventative maintenance: PMs on down equipment, lubrications, 5S, log repairs
